Blog Redesigned
Many of you know how much I love changing my blog theme about two or three times a year. This time I really love it! So fresh and clean! This is probably the second theme that I truely love. The other one is the one I used last, the three-column Kubrick theme that I customized as much as I could.
I got rid of the main page because I think it’s pretty useless for now. So now it redirects to the main blog page. The Gallery page isn’t really active since I don’t remember the last time I took a photograph, but hopefuly when I get a nice camera and some nice free time I might add some stuff to it after I graduate. But I did update it to a new photoblog theme called Photopress. It also looks clean and elegant.
I think I just got tired of the dark looking themes.
I spent quite some time fixing the codes but there are still a couple of kinks that I haven’t been able to tackle.
1. There is a huge gap between the first comment and the rest of the comments on all the posts.
2. I want to figure out how to add another sidebar on the right. This will be kind of hard and maybe even not possible, but I guess I can live without it.
P.S. I will be posting a Banned Cartoon post sometime soon. It’s been a long long while.

I like the new design very much. Especially how the side bar stays there as you scroll down the page. Only one comment other than the comments part… try a different background than black, hurts the eyes when reading. Otherwise… great design!

I like it its very sharp, but I wish the ‘Area 77′ title had more prominence

Fonzy, that was one of the main things i was looking for when i wanted to change my theme.. but i think this is alright because the reading part of the blog has a white background

It’s great but I have 3 comments:
1- Area 77 still needs more prominence.. and a nice photo or design or something - it’s too plain
2- The calender spills out of its column and covers some of the column next to it.
3- It’s too empty on the right.. I’m sure you must have tons of drawings, photos and stuff of yours that would find a great home in all that space

shorof, i thought of adding my own header but im kinda liking all this simplicity.. i guess it’s my minimalist phase
i was hoping something like that wouldn;t happen
…. which browser are u using? i tested firefox and safari so i’m guessing ur using IE.. can u take a screen shot and email it to me? but i doubt if i can do anything about it though..
yes i’ve been trying to figure out how to create a sidebar on the right.. its not easy.. im still a beginner at writing code and script but i’ll be workinng on it over the weekend inshalla.. again, i wont be adding photos and drawings cuz i want to keep this space as calm and simple as possible.. but i appreciate ur appreciation!

Yep, looks much better. The old one was hard to navigate through.
