That is hasheesh and I've never heard of a medical type! The second question that comes to mind is: what do you want to know that for? Anyway, Kuwait has banned the import of baby Gripe Water because of it's 0.000000000001 percent alcohol content, as well as medical alcohol (unless a poisonous dye is added to it) so it would be perfectly safe to assume that anything that contains cannabis is a no-no...
