		<description>If it's at 'the slightest trigger' then I'd say it's overreaction.  The human mind is extremely controllable, and self programming (a synonym of self discipline) works wonders.  Just start by telling yourself "So what..!!" '7alli yewalli..! and do (or think of) something else.  If you're with them in person or on the phone or online just say "Gotta go.." and go.  No explanations necessary.  And forget about them immediately.  The reason this self programming is necessary is that in adult life and a work environment you will be subjected to much more than irritating mannerisms and attitudes.  So the only people who are worth reacting to are the few who are close and dear such as family and close friends, and believe me even THEY can be infuriating and irritating sometimes!!  The rest... reduces the stress levels
if u cant try to imagine urself ripping out their throats i swear it works, i didnt believe ppl when they used to say that but it does
and sometimes i just put down the phone for a few secs and count to 10</description>
