There is a great difference between the two cases.. I don't believe for a moment that what a person 'feels' is of any consequence to Khomeini or any government clerics today. Therefore, physically normal people who have transsexual preferences are definitely considered as sinners. That's what I believe the situation is in Iran or in any Muslim community.
