Hooters in Dubai
Hooters is a slang American term for breasts - the company’s waitresses are famous for wearing tight-fitting tank tops and skimpy shorts.
Even though the food is unbelievably bad, I think it will be very successful in Dubai. Many men will probably want to go to Hooters instead of a regular ‘gahwa’ too watch their football matches since Hooters is also a sports bar.
I think it’s pretty funny that the owner is a Kuwaiti man.
I wonder what kind of girls will be working there. Local Arabs (unlikely), American expats (possibly) or Asians (definitely).
I guess we’ll know where all the school boys in Kuwait will spend their vacations. And also where a lot of phone videos will be taken as well.

This was the Headlines for Kuwait Times a couple of days back … The way i see it .. Businessmen hesistate to Invest in Kuwait …. so they are taking it elsewhere ….

actually when it comes to rest. i think kuwait is the perfect place since that’s our one of our sources of entertainment (sad again) but with this kind of rest. i think the man just didn’t want to deal with the islamists.. also, it would be a culture shock NOT for the people that would work there, but for the rest. customers! and it would be TOTAL chaos.. remember the two girls that were “half naked” at the football match..?? LOL
