over hyped ;p
the 10 reasons mentioned in MsB are definitely not worthy of buying a mac. and most of it is achievable through windows.

Macs magically became “cool” to have. I never gave it attention.
For school I got Dell, personal purchase, not the stock purchase with school. Anyway, it rocks your socks! El7amdillah 3ala kel 7al, my Latitude 505 is real practical.
As for Mac. They actually fell off the face of Earth a couple of years ago, especially in the Middle East region. This must’ve been some comeback.

It really is hard for a PC user to walk in an Apple store and understand what all the fuss is about.
All I can say is that I all my life I used a PC, up until 3 years ago… bought my first powerbook and I never regretted it. The only time I shut the computer down is when I travel. I just close the lid, it goes to sleep, open the lid and it is up again….. and it’s been on a good 3 months… without a slow-down. But that is just one of the many reasons people fall in love with Mac’s… it is just so stable… it makes using a computer fun again.

not so fun when you wanna install something that is windows only(like most of software and GAMES)

Look!! Don’t dare! I got the passion but mo ‘3a9eb 7ag Mac. Sheesh.
I’ve been using computers like real back, when I was a kid… and people in Kuwait were still old-fashioned. ;P
But I switched to Dell laptop, since our school went E-learning. Which was like 3 years ago or so. Now DELL, is stable too.
As for Mac, I might give it a try, laman akoon fa’9eelah.

The brand doesn’t have to do anything with stability. The OS does.

Dear Snookie-
LOOOOOL! Actually, your statement is quite wonderful and really has lots of truth to it for me
( I will let the wheels of imaginations crank and turn with that one )
With regard to the MacBook
that is also true! I do loooooveeeeee it and cannot be far away from it for very long, I feel incomplete without it - how’s that for romance? MacBook, you had me at “hello!”
Carlsberg-
Well, they were MY personal silly little reasons why I LOVED my MacBook, not reasons why I bought it. The post wasn’t meant to be particularly techie or serious after all ( I think I used the word “glow fairy” which should tell you something about the gist of the post right off)
In any case I LOVE MY MACBOOK, and I will be posting more serious techinical reasons why soon!
Thanks Snookie for flattering me with the very cute pseudo quote
I loved it! You are brilliant as always
