ARAB TIMES: Police have arrested a Kuwaiti man for kidnapping a teenage girl from a commercial complex in downtown Kuwait City. A reliable security source told the Arab Times, the victim who is 18 years old was with her family shopping in the area when the man forced the girl into his vehicle and drove off. The family called police and the man was chased and arrested in a suburb of Shamiya. Without going into details, a security source said the family is insisting to file a case against the man, who is in his 20s, because he is refusing to apologize for his action.
How desperate can a man get?! Kidnapping a girl who was with her family!
الحمد لله و الشكر

whats worst is that the father is “insisting to file a case against the man, who is in his 20s, because he is refusing to apologize for his action.”
So if the guy apologizes then it would be ok??

Dear Snookie,
I have learnt that there are a lot of sick people out there… take a quick tour of the blogs… and you’ll realize that.
The action taken by this guy… can only mean one thing, that he is so delusional, that he thinks his action have no repercussions, or that he cannot see other people as that… a person just as himself who would hate to be kidnapped…
Either way, he is sick in the head.
truly,
Misguided
P.S. I hate reading about such stories… It is at times frightening to think there are people like this roaming the streets… I have a sister too.

I’m with Laialy. It might be blown out of proportion. He probably already knows the girl. I mean if it’s an actual kidnapping then there would be more to pay than a mere apology. And how did he manage to drag an unwilling girl into his car with other shoppers naturally nearby?

I meant the girl already knows him too of course.

hmm.. you have a point there.. but if he was family, or a friend of the family then the father wouldnt have called the police to go after them.. he would’ve called the guy himself or done something himself.. and he wouldnt have filed a case either..
and the incident happened in the street outside the mall so there might not have been many people there other than the girl’s family..

Am i the only one who thinks it was his girl friend? And that was a “bad-breakup”.
