As far as I can tell, being ‘tagged’ is when someone asks you all these questions and you have to answer them as truthfully as possible.
In my time (back when the world was young) we had something called ’slam books’. Someone got a big, fat notebook… decorated it nicely and wrote one question on each page. Then that book was given to one person at a time to answer the questions. The whole thing was usually just for people to find out who had a crush on whom! :))) it was very cute and I loved getting a slam book.. I think I started one or two myself but I honestly can’t remember. Enjoy!

lol! they still do that these days at my school me and my brother wanted to start one we had really great questions and we planned it out but we never did it!…:)
