An Idiotic Post
I believe that the world should abandon the theory of school and work. Humans currently have about 70-80 years to live and most of it should not be spent doing something you hate and being miserable! Look at it this way. In the first 3 years of your life you dont remember any of it. Well that’s 3 years down the drain. Then comes the years 4-6. The best period ever! All you do is play, sleep 7 times a day, eat, and scream. Many people like me do that during vacations but with the addition of that lingering thought that your days are numbered to going back to the dreary miserable routine. Then comes 7-55. EVERYDAY FOR 48 YEARS you come back from from work/school exhausted and moody. You start counting down retirement, very little are lucky enough to retire in their 40’s but those who retire in their 60’s!! Oh man! What’s the point! You’re already too old to do anything you wanted to do when you were younger and all you do instead is sort your medication for the week and watch the news all day. What’s there to look forward too. Nothing.
I propose a system to be put forth. children start school from 7 until 14. If the kid sucks at school then he or she is out. If the kid doesn’t, they have the CHOICE of either continuing their education (they obviously like to study) and work in the many fields that are open. We can’t have ALL people not working. The world would be in chaos.
You might ask, well how would people get money? Easy: NO MONEY!
There would be no ‘rich/poor’ countries, no stock markets, nothing. Just production. Everyone relies on each other, and those who don’t cooperate recieve concequences. Ofcourse the people that produce the things (food, electronics, medicines, etc.) are good at what they do because they love it and they chose to do it.
Each country would regulate the things their people get based on the family SIZE. Cars, food, toys, leisure products, clothes, everything. All you simply do is request whatever you want.
This is obviously crazy and I know it. But there’s no harm in wishing. I really would like to live in a world like that. Hakuna matata.
If you have any other additions to this system, please comment! ![]()

hmm.. i knew communism would be brought up.. it is similar but not as extreme.. i mean, one factor is religion would still be a choice..
my history teacher once told me when i asked him “why are there so many types of governments? can’t the world choose one best one and stick to that?” he said that countries either choose what is best for themselves or are just continuing the system of the past.. then he said that he personlly believes that communism is a great system if some aspects of it are changed and it is used properly.. we were studying world war 2 and because we were in an american school, the textbook protrayed communism as a bad thing..
why would someone create a system of government for the sole purpose of evil? that doesnt make sense.. hitler abused the system’s guidlines and went too far.. communism didnt have the chance to prove itself.. and thanks to the US, it wont be adopted by any country any time soon..
so yes, it has failed but it was never given a chance.. thanks for the input forzaq8!

every system is cool and nice on the drawing board , like what people call true communism and its something never to been seen i think
your system you said is basicly heaven ( if you belive in it ) wouldn’t happen unless there is a higher power controlling and inforcing it

exactly.. which is why i called it an idiotic post and at the end said it was crazy talk..
it will never happen.. and surely heaven is far better than that

Ah, Snookie… so young, so naive. Communism looks good on paper, people always want to go back to it even though time after time after time, it fails.
You want to thank the U.S. for something… thank them for the fact that you are now allowed to vote. I don’t understand how you can jump up and down about this new freedom, and then toot the horns of communism and slam the U.S.
You have a lot to learn.

Communism is evil because it doesn’t allow the people their free-will, an inalienable right. And people, as I can tell by your post about your recently acquired right to vote, want to be free!
The reason that your “system” is a terrible idea is because it isn’t right that people who don’t want to work should still reap the same rewards and benefits of someone who does. Yeah, I agree, work sucks sometimes, but there’s honor in it. It builds character, it keeps the mind fresh and sharp…
Don’t underestimate the power and the satisfaction of self-sufficiency, of a hard-day’s work, of being someone who contributes to society instead of sucking it dry.
